Check the black hard plastic lines that run on the firewall above the A/C box. They connect through the firewall to 2 more lines I believe they are a purple and white ones. They go through by the wiring harness behind the ECM. I had mine come off of the connector that is installed in the firewall.

I'm having a similar problem with the hard plastic vaccum lines that run along the firewall and right side of the heater box. The hard line that connects to the vent actuator came off. I just replaced the heater core and now I can't select any different vents. Does anyone know an easy way to...
