Which rebuild kit?
I just opicked up a 200r-4 out of a 87 or so Regal and I am planning on putting it behind my 6.6L 400 Pontiac in my 77 Trans Am. The only thing I might do is put a cam in the TA when I pull it. What rebuild kit would you recommend? Budget is an issue and I have seen kits from $179 to...- KC TA

87 Regal tranny question
I have a 200r4 I'm looking at and the guy says it's out of an 87 Regal and has the heavier front pump. Would this be the same as a BRF code? I take it the Regal is not a T-type. I don't know much about these trannys and what I've gleaned came from this forum. Thanks.- KC TA
