Hey how do you tell if your engine has a roller cam or hydraulic without complete engine tear down. If I can use engine serial #'s where are they located on Buick v-6.- korn530

Hellow everybody Got this 82 Regal with a what looks like a 86 or 87 intercooled engine 231 v-6 engine it, a gift from my wife. Car was setting for about 5 years previous owner said he had problems with fuel delivery. Fixed that problem with new aluimnum line. old line was braided line...- korn530
