SCE Copper header and turbo gaskets
These are for stock heads and headers. Part #4472 and 4172. They were installed and torqued but I don't believe they were ever run. Some of the bolt holes were slightly enlarged for alignment. $25 + shipping for all.- monteperformanc

Cleaning the Radiator Question
My rad looked just like the one in the previous pics and rmi 25 and then having it boiled at a rad shop did nothing to remove that scale and unclog it. I got a new rad from rock auto with the oil cooler built in. Runs much cooler now.- monteperformanc

The label is gone I took it off when I installed it but I'm 99% sure it's the Dayco lower hose. Same one listed on rock auto.- monteperformanc

I agree I don't know why it's such a problem. If I recall, I believe the one I got from G body is actually the Dayco hose. I will check later when I get home.- monteperformanc

No the one I have is rubber not silicone. I looked on the website today they still have it. The Gates number is 21211.- monteperformanc

I recently had the same issue with the lower hose on my 22,000 original mile car. The lower hose I took off was original. First I bought a Gates hose from rock auto and it didn't fit. I got the lower reproduction hose from GBodyparts and it fit just like the original.- monteperformanc

Baseline/Static Fuel pressure
On my car even a Walbro 340 was a bit too much for the stock return line. The lowest I could get the FP was about 42. It seems like the fuel system was designed for the stock pump and can't handle much more.- monteperformanc

It was slightly longer than I needed but not by much. Could probably get by with 14' depending how it's routed but 16 seemed like a good length to me.- monteperformanc

I did not try drilling any of the stock fittings. Seems like that usually doesn't help enough and I didn't want to waste any more time. I capped off the stock return line and left it in place in case I ever wanted to go back to the stock setup(doubtful). With the new 6 an return line the...- monteperformanc

Agreed. That clip is pretty much useless. I used a generic c clip that fit much better.- monteperformanc
