    support bracket I found a pre-engine removal photo i took a while ago. is it the support bracket that is installed to the rear of the alternator and then to the exhaust manifold?

    I like to keep in mind that our cars are rear wheel drive, and basic physics are at our advantage when it comes to launching and weight transfer. For a reasonable amount of money, the rear control arms can be upgraded, air bags can be added, and solid launches are guaranteed with good quality...

    idler tension Not much slop at all if that's what you mean. the spring pressure in the idler keeps the belt quite tight.
