Ordered their rear sway bar and rear lower control arm bushings per their advice on the info I gave them. Package arrived in a timely matter and everything was packed with the utmost care. Instructions were very detailed. They even included the chalk and crayon to mark your measurements! Very...

    what was that?

Possibly lost its prime? The first time I went to the track, 1st pass, I had MAJOR knock. I was confused because I had many "test runs" in the car and I changed nothing at the track. I never had any problem with knock whatsoever until this pass. I had driven about 1 1/2 hours to the track...

    Stumble in higher rpms

I had the stumbling when I bought the car. I knew I had a lot to learn about tuning (and still do),but I thought my problem was my tune. I thought my turbo was a TA49, but it turned out to be an old stage ll garret which means it had a bigger compressor wheel, but stock turbine with an .82a/r...

    Stumble in higher rpms

I had this same problem a couple of years ago. My car would miss at the top of each gear. I changed plugs, tried different gaps etc. I kept thinking that the car was too rich and this could be causing the stumble. I ohmed the coil pack and always read between 11k-13k. I believe it was Razor...

    New best video

Congrats on the new best. I met you at Clay City and ran into you at BG and really enjoyed talking with you. You've really got that thing looking good and running even better. I still cannot believe how consistant your car is while running low nines.

    Still PowerMaster or converted?

Converted to vacuum last year. Could only hold 0 psi. Went through my rear brakes and did the s-10 cylinders and soft long shoes and can hold around 4-6 psi. My powermaster started leaking from the motor, and from all the horror stories I have read from failing PM's, I have not regretted it...

    finally got into the elevens!

Boost231 I'm only using the scanmaster. 03Fatboy I started out with 255-50-16 bfg drag radials. I was everywhere with those. From 1.70 to 1.97 once I put the right converter in. But after reading so many good things about the mickeythompson drag radials, I went with those on 15" weld...

    finally got into the elevens!

It took 2 years and 22 passes, but I finally got my goal. going to the strip really taught me a lot. I found out what I thought was a ta49 when I bought the car was a stock one. Also that it had the wrong converter. I do not post much at all, just read and learn. But I wanted to say thanks...

    Tuners

This is the first time I have ever posted anything on this board. I have just been reading and learning for the past 2 years. I live in Georgetown, Ky. and I am in no way a master tuner, but I am in Lexington all the time at cruises and shows, and at Clay City dragstrip. Just thought we might...
