    Boost Control

    What are you using to control the MAC valve? I've been looking at the AEM Truboost X since I don't anyone that has successfully controlled boost with XFI. I currently have a Grimm manual boost controller that works good but not sure how it will do with the new Next Gen turbos.

    It looks like you need to take a step back and evaluate your goals. You've got a build that's capable of a lot of hp but not any of the supporting parts for high hp. It needs lots of fuel, stable ignition and tuned for it's capabilities. If you want to move to alky injection or E85, you will...

    What's it do when up to 150*? Is it still rich? Have you looked at the warmup enrichement vs. coolant graph to make sure it didn't screw up? Did you ask Joe about it?

    fuel tank vent - can I shorten it to directly outside the fuel tank?

    I recently eliminated my canister. I got a fuel cell vent filter and mounted it to the end of metal line. No fumes. Pick one of them up and run a line from the tank to it. Mount it higher than the tank.

    Here's a nice video by David Vizard on flushing break in oil. Vizards been around a long time and done a lot of performance testing and racing. The oil analysis he has done show some interesting things. He's got many videos that are very good at explaining how engine performance is gained.

    Find a light part time job to get you out and about. Everyone I know that retired and just stayed home has fallen apart in short order.

    Unless it's 100% essential that you have a stock MAF because it's some low mile garage queen then the best solution as stated above it a Translator and LS MAF. Works just fine and has the added benefit of higher flow through it.
