My boss bought 4 multi family rental properties. They needed tons of work and even doing as much as possible himself and his brother couldn't get enough of the units rentable. Went into bankruptcy get rid of 2 worst. Even with just 2 he couldn't wait for them to appreciate enough to brake even...- Pronto

Early 90's PATS 2004R converter question
I had a Pat's converter, 12" lockup. It worked great! They had options for either. I don't recall if they had "Grand National" on the box mine came in. Looks like they are still in business but looks like "Pat" died last year according their FB page. Maybe give them a call.- Pronto

Motion Raceworks 2 Stage Air/Oil Separator?
Years ago my fuel pump popped the fuse right as I started to get into boost. I ran on alky only for about 2 seconds. It was enough to hurt a head gasket. Took all summer for it finally show it was toast but if it was less that straight M1 it would have blown right there. That's one reason I run...- Pronto

The point I'm making is he can do what he wants with it and it won't effect anyone, in fact it's gained more interest in GN's that we haven't seen in a while. If he has the money to destroy it then that's his business. Consider it a gift making your GN worth more.- Pronto

His car, his choice what to do with it. I've seen plenty of low mile GNs all modded including roll bars. Also seen nice clean low mile GN's with LS swaps. Hardly anything under my hood is "stock".- Pronto

Motion Raceworks 2 Stage Air/Oil Separator?
I finished the Mighty Mouse catch can install. I have 3/8" fresh air in from the intake tube, AN10 to the can, 3/8" to the pcv vacuum hard line. The Mighty Mouse can has a built in one way valve to prevent pressurizing the can and block. Under boost built up pressure will go out the catch can...- Pronto
