    I've been running denatured alcohol in my oooooooold SMC kit for about 5 years now.... I add a little Marvel Mystery Oil from time to time to keep the pump lubed. Works like a champ!

    Drove it there, let some air out of the tires, tech'd in, then made a pass. Then drove it home at the end of the day... I think I've just been lucky so far... I really need to trailer it, but there's just something to be said about driving into the racetrack and running as good as / quicker...

    I switched to the Taylor Pro "409"s and have had great luck with them... 10.4mm and they seem to be pretty durable. Don't remember the price off hand.. I think $60-ish for a set....
