    Use your scan tool and post the numbers at warm idle. MAF, BLM, INT, BAT, etc. A Powelogger file would be very helpful otherwise it’s a guessing game.

    Just replacing the Relay module may or may not fix your issue. The female connector terminals in the plug can be corroded or damaged which can cause intermittent contact. Here’s a better solution which is reasonable priced :

    I believe that’s not a Hobbs switch. It looks like Red Armstrongs volt booster. Besides you wouldn’t need a Hobbs switch for a single pump setup..

    New tires for 16" rim

    The GNX front wheel wells were modified to fit 245 50 16 tires. I think they replaced part of inner lower plastic panel with something else. I had a shop heat and reform that area to help clearance with my 245 tires years ago. They don’t rub anymore in full turns of steering wheel.

    I used to have to that every other year here in Illinois. If i remember correctly, I had to unbolt my THDP at the turbo to slip the test pipe off and slip the converter back on. Thankfully, the state no longer requires pre 1990 vehicle emissions testing.
