    If they labelled it as OEM then that isn't true, however once you do get past the minor mods it is very close and performs 100% better.

    Ok, I get that. It was what I did just to find the problems I was dealing with at the time and it worked for me. I did close the blade up after I figured out I had vacuum leaks.

    I've seen other people run a mechanical vacuum pump. That does work.

    Try resetting the ECM. Maybe open the throttle blade a tiny bit.
