    I'll be the ass here and say why would you do that to such a valuable car? He will never get the money back he put into it. Don't get me wrong awesome car would love to have it but if i was gonna go that far why not buy a regular Regal? Just my 2 cents.

    Probably should find out what her goal of owning one is. Daily driver, race car, project? Everybody i think is different on why they want one but what i looked for the most was getting one as close to factory as possible with no or little rust.

    Not an expert but i believe the Y vac connector can be reversed, causing high boost. Think i read that somewhere.
