hey there just so ya know.....Mine were loose too and the first thing I did was put electrical tape around them and the very next day one was gone! A long time ago I noticed them loose and put superglue on them, then put them on. Worked for like 2yrs till I had to change the tires and take...
Hey guys...thanks for the support, and the "lecturing". Look...if I thought that I actually had a "product" that I would be able to make an income with I wouldn't have started with a simple post on here. I would have went the correct route, after all...I am a business manager and have been...
I don't get it...I looked for forum rules after it was closed but didn't see anything. Sorry but I'm not going to search and read all the rules just to post simple questions.
I asked a simple question..."would anyone be interested..." I'm not going to sell them on here....I said I would on...
Great! One thing that I do need are the buick emblems on the front grill. I just used mine and grinded it down flat to attach the emblem I made. SO let me figure out a cost effective way to get a bunch of Buick emblems or make my own. I'll try to keep the cost low and also take pics of the...
Have any of you other WE-4 owners wanted custome emblems like the GNX?? I just made some for mine that I will put on once back from painting. Here are some pics.... I plan to make more and sell on Ebay but wondered if it would be worth my time. I'll improve the ones I make for sale. What do...
hey guys thanks. ok...here is what I have found out (NOTHING!!) HAHA. well....I did replace the one bad hose with one for gas. It was one of the ones under the heat shield by the passenger shock. I"m sure that the lines are correct but will check on wednesday. I do have the filter pointing...
For thos of you who read and helped on my last thread, here is what I have done so far and still can't get to start.
I took the fuel tank off, cleaned it out completely. Checked my fuel pump to see if it works (it does), changed the fuel filter, and replaced a cracked hose. I put...
Got the tank out~! I did it the old fashioned way and siphoned it out. It was pretty clean looking..a few small rocks in it so I hhave them out and the pump looks good. I'm replacing the rubber lines and replaced the filter. Wednesday I'm putting it back together and going to fill it up with...
nothing. I did that to look at my pump, clean the old gas out, wash out the tank and clean it. I am replacing all the rubber on the car and since I have a fuel prb I might as well start there.
where is the fuel pump wire? Got any pics so I can compare? I just got almost all of the gas out the old fashioned way (hose and pump). Now I'm trying to get the fuel filter off since I can't really take the tank off without someone helping.
God I hope that this is what's wrong. Bad thing is,is that I have a walbro 340 that is still somewhat new. But if the gas is bad and tank is gumbed up like yours was That would prb ruin the pump too.
What is the easiest way to drain the gas?
Thanks. I just tried that and nothing happened. I plugged the orange/blk wire from the light into the unused wire just behind the alternator and nothing happened.
I left the valve stem off of the schrador valve conntected to a hose and tried starting it and just a little bit of gas spurted...
