Running rich and smoke
I have 1987 Buick regal turbo. motor has been rebuilt stock. Currently has 80 miles On rebuilt motor. new fuel pump new fuel pressure regulator replaced all vacuum lines replaced most sensors new tps new computer new coil and ecm. scan master says my tps is off.
