009's and TH-350

I am having a harder than usual time tuning this car in. I am to the point that I think the chip is not burned for this combo. This car has 009's, TA-49, 208 cam, FM and ported heads, etc. When I checked everything in DS the computer is showing that the tranny is in 3rd and OD. The car is pig rich even after I set the FP line-off to 44 PSI. Can a chip be burned for this tranny?

Eric burned a chip for my 009s and 350 a couple of years ago. I don't know what changes he makes from a 200, but it worked fine
