02's reading rich all the time???

When I start up my car the 02's are pretty normal 496-608 but after the cars fully warmed up my 02's seem pretty rich, 796-812 at idle. Sometimes they drop lower while cruising. What may be the cause of this? Bad 02 sensor? Any help is greatly appreciated, THANKS

I'm pretty sure that the only time you should be concerned with the O2 readings on your scanmaster is when you are at WOT.

What are your BLMs at idle? Correct me someone if I'm wrong, but that will give you a more accurate reading of rich or lean condition at idle and cruise.
