109 block and transmission

I have a 109 block with stock heads...Crank broke at 50,000 on rebuild...motor shut off when the crank broke soo pistons should be still good..head are stock heads that have been reworked with new head gaskets thats still on motor no intake...Brf tranmission needs rebuild starting slipping under pressure with stock d-5 converter...Make offers can get pics thanks
