109 block strength question

I was curious to find out what is the approx. hp limit of a 109 block that has steel caps and a girdle. And .030 over w/ forged pistons (JE) & stock crank and rods.
I was thinking that this setup should be okay for mid-9's maybe? The setup wont see those times but just for reliability reasons.

so far they are getting close to 750 hp at the crank

the girdle will hold the bottom end in but holding the heads down is the tricky part at these power levels even with no knock

I think 138 mph is top mph and right aroud 9.90 et wise

I'm expecting to see a couple do a lil better at the end of season once it cools off out

theres a post not too far away that covers all the fastest stock blocks shouldnt be hard to find
