I have a 12-Bolt GM rear out of a '72 Chevelle that has been modified to fit in 78-88 GM coil spring cars. The rear spring pads from a '79 Elcamino have been jigged and tigged on the rear. The rear measures 55" backing plate to backing plate and must use a 5 1/2 backspacing. The rear has been completely rebuilt using a new Eaton posi with kevlar clutches (no special lube required) and 4-11 gears. All bearings and seals are new. It comes with aluminum drums and all the brake hardware and shoes is new. It also comes with the upper control arms which are adjustable and have been modified for the correct geometry. The brake lines are new also. This rear is in perfect working condition and can be bolted and go. It also has the longer studs installed and has a new chrome cover.
I'm asking $1200 for the complete setup. You can email me at camaro_fever68@yahoo.com or call at 225-659-8163 Ray
