i'm not 100% sure of the manufacurer since i got them with one blank centercap, but i believe them to be american racing due to the OFF-10 stamped on the back. all four wheels are the same offset. they are identical to kirbans, but the only reason i don't think they are kirbans is because of the offset.
they due have misc. scratches and scrapes and would be perfect candidates for refinishing. or if you don't have a showcar and don't mind the scratches, you could just bolt them on your daily driver. they're all mounted & balanced with no vibrations, even at high speeds they are smooth as silk. they were on my Elky before i sold it.
i am hoping for a local buyer, so i will not have to ship, but i can at the buyers expense.
