is it possible to fit a 17x9.5 wheel on the back of a TR without tubing?

Sure, i run 17x9.5s with 315 nittos on them with no problems. I use 4.75" backspacing, others have used 4 7/8" and a good friend of mioe is running a 17x10 with 5" BS. all with no modification
