17x9 with 5 in. Of backspacing

I am looking at a set of wheels, the fronts are 17x8 4.5 backspace, the rears
are 17x9 5 in. backspace. Will the rears rub? I was going to put 275/40 on the rear. I know the fronts will work.

are you sure that the rears are 5''BS?Im using 4.75 BS and 275/40 tire with a 9.5 rim with no problem.From what i have seen here some guys do run a 5'' BS with some mods done
