Well, as much as I hate to do it, I have been thinking about this for a long time and have made a decision. For personal reasons, I am going to sell my 1982 Buick Regal track car.

Car is a 1982 Regal with just over 15,000 original miles. This car has basically been a race car all of it's life. Absolutely not one spec of rust on the car. Car's interior was totally gutted long ago. Currently has the factory doors on it that have been lightened, with aluminum inner panels. Car has a 10-point roll bar setup in it. All lexan windows. Car is green with a grey vinyl half top. Car has a 12-bolt posi rearend with Mark Williams axles and a 3.73 gear. The slicks on the back are the largest that would fit in the stock wheel wells. Skinnies up front. Car will weigh just under 3,000 lbs. with a 200 lb. driver and a 455 and th400. Car has a MSD 6 digital box mounted in it. Also has the battery in the trunk and a 5 gallon Harwood fuel cell.

This car was bought off of Bruce with the Jaguar. He had bought it off of another board member about 3 years ago. This car went 9.80's or 9.90's with a 455 with T/A Stage 1 aluminum heads. I bought it and started collecting parts to make it the way I wanted so that I could compete in the Quick-16 at Buick events and possibly squeaze into the Fast-8. There are pics of it somewhere on the board along with a video of it running down in Bowling Green I believe. I just can't find it.

Here is a list of what I have in addition to the car:

Fiberglass doors with lexan windows and door latches already installed. These will take another 50 lbs. off of the car

A late model f-body aluminum radiator and twin electric fan setup

A late model quick-ratio manual steering box

A hoop kit for the car to make the roll bar a 12 to 14 point cage

The rear bumper fillers are cracked, so I have a new pair of those

Profab front upper and lower control arms. These were bolted up to a car, but never run. So I'm going to call them used, but they are in great shape

A new, never used pair of Simpson 5-point seat belts

I bought a just rebuilt th400 from Jim Rogers about two years ago for this car. It was built by his race shop and has a trans brake

I'm asking $6,000 for everything. I will consider selling off the parts, but only if the car sells first and that person does not want any of the parts.

I will post pics of everything this weekend. My wife went to work with the camera sitting in her car. You can call me on my cell at 330-608-4965 if you have any questions. Thanks for looking.

Here are the pics. It's dusty from sitting in my garage. It's been inside the entire time I've owned it. The transmission is still in it's shipping crate.

I even have a 1975-76 complete blue block engine that I might be willing to throw in.
