I am thinking about selling my 84 t-type. The car has been restored totally with a frame off completed in 2000. It has 540 miles since. The original mileage on the car was 60,000 before the process began. The car runs a solid and consistent 11.50 at 117. has been 11.20's on slicks. This car is totally streetable. Some of the specs are.
455 buick 30 over with TA pistons, 10.1-1, TA .500 lift hydraulic cam, TA intake,
850 Demon carb, TA headers, 3 inch duals with flowmasters, Stage 1 heads with a ton of work, (I have flow chart they will outflow stage 2's), Holley fuel system, TCI 350 turbo with manual forward valve body,
TCI 3500 stall, B&M shifter with TR plate for console, 8.5 GN rear 3.42 with posi with boxed arms, airbags, front race shocks, Interior is a 9.5 out of 10, Very nice and original besides the 6 point cage, The rims are 15x6 fronts and 15x8 rear with bfg's on front and MT ET's 26x11.50x15 on the rear. The frame was professionally notched for the wide tires and powder coated. The paint, finish and glass are show quality 9 out of 10 This car is extremely nice . Most of the parts on this car are new. Has been to the buick nationals in 2000 and took 2nd in its class at the show.
The only reason I am thinking of selling this car is I really won't have the time to enjoy the car this year. I have my GN and that will be enough to keep me busy. Price is $13,500.00 and I am willing to deal. I am really not looking for any trades. I have every receipt and a photo album with the complete restoration process. I will deliver the car anywhere in the lower 48 for $500-$800 extra. I have a good seller rating here as well as Ebay (premier-hobby) is my user ID. It will go to Ebay if I get no interest here in a few weeks. I have tons of pictures. Just pm me with your e-mail and I can send them your way. You can have this car just in time to show it off at the Buick Nationals this year.

Have a few trade offers. Is there no more cash out there? If you have a trade in mind PM me. There is just south of $20k spent on this car and I think I am priced right, so no low ball trade offers please unless you are willing to give boot. This car is really a street car. Drive it to work or cruise...whatever you want. It will run 11.50's all day long on the street setup.

Not really looking for anything in general. What do yo have? No bikes, atv's, boats, or imports though. Maybe a vette, chevelle, GN, GS, elcamino, nova, older camaro, older mopar. etc. Something along those lines.

Really nice car-You have aluminum stg 1's on there...would be real hard for a iron head to out flow a stage 2.

No they are iron. They are real close and better in a few spots than out of the box 2's. Sure the 2's will outperform them but the 2's just have so much more exhaust.

Wow! I guarantee that video will help the sale!!! That sounds incredible!

If only my house would sell....

Real nice car . I was going to do what youve done but I got to scared that I wouldnt see a return on my money . I know in this hobby our hope is to make a profit or brak even . Good luck with the sale of your car . Why not keep it ?

oh!!!!!!!!!!

why do all the good deals come out after you start a project...I am working on almost the exact thing, granted not frame off or nearly as nice but have almost as much into it so far...crap i hate missing out!!!

I know what ya mean. It takes a few clicks more than $13k to do a car this far. I know there is $20 or more invested and it has 500 miles on it. The labor is the bad part. If I don't sell it I won't get hurt feelings or lose any sleep. ;) It looks just fine sitting in the garage next to the GN and 63 impala wagon. The only reason it's on here is because I also have 2 jet ski's, 02 Nitro bass boat, Camper, 03 Z71 suburban(to pull the toys), 70 monte carlo, 00 monte ss, and a 02 impala(the wifes car). I need a 10 car garage. All my cars are for sale until I get down to at least 4.

well if i can score some cash i will be in touch...dont hole breath though ;-(
