1984 T Type

So i just got my T type it has 80k on it idk whats wrong with it yet. they said some ignition problem, but who knows? IT was running last year not good they said. So the question is could anyone shoot me in the right direction?

go to hot air section of forums. read the stickys at the top of the page. upgrade to 86-7 computer, get scantool. that will get you started. read read read. lol! good luck! welcome!!!

Does it crank? Does the fuel pump run when you turn the key forward? What are the symptoms? You will have to verify voltages, check spark, check coil pack ohms, etc.

thanks guys new too the site. have been reading for a couple days now. is this model worth keeping and i had a question about the turbo setup on it would it be better to swap it too the newer buick turbo setup. ive been looking up hard piping fuel ugrades tuners ect intercooler uprades ive built turbo cars just not a buick but the car seems very cool

havent messed with it too much yet but im sure it needs some tlc i will dig into it this week and keep reading
