If you can't find originals: I believe the GTA 16" caps fit. Those are available aftermarket(chinese crap, but better than nothing).

There are a few originals on e-bay right now.

All the wheel and hubcap shops around Indy had them a while back. Call around your town if you need them faster than on the 'Bay.
