I received a few PM's and I wanted to let everyone know I'm not ignoring any of the offers.

I met a few of you @ Nates Butt Farm and you'll probably recall I'm pretty laid back and in no way greedy. Anything I pass along to anyone will be at a fair price to whomever receives it. I'm still very green when it comes to TR's, so I don't want to give anything away that could've been a major upgrade on my hybrid project.
