1987 power master rebuild and help

Who rebuilds the unit and tests it? Put new wheel cylinders on and new rubberlines and brakes. Bleed system till fuild was clear now light comes on and power motor runs for longer than used to. sometimes shuts off and push brakes and comes on for awhile again. Done with reading diagnosis and working on this thing. Just lost now. Someone rebuild these?
