1st 3" test pipe with cut out 2nd electric cut out motor

Hi Guys,

Just wondering if anyone has a 3" test pipe with a cut out on it that they want to sell. And second, I want to hook up one of them electric motors to it with the valve so I can open the exhaust up when one of them mustangs or rice cars come up beside me and rev there motor

i have a 3" test pipe with cut-out brand new. Cut-out is a 3-bolt flange style but i don't have the block plate....which prolly doesn't matter to you. 75.00 shipped if your interested. here's a link only mine has cut-out.

Ok I can make a plate at work if I want one. How long is the pipe, there seems to be two different lenghts out there.
