1st to 3rd skip 2nd- is it possible in a 200-4R

Is it possible for a 200-4r to shift directly from 1st to 3rd and skip 2nd gear with no flare....if so what could cause this?

A burnt 2nd gear band.Continued usage will kill the 3rd gear clutches as well.

Hi Brent ,if this is your stage car ,maybe you should have kept the 400...???
