2.5 dp or 3 inch

I want to run around 11.5-11.7 would a 2.5 be enough or do i need a 3 inch. Also will the factory pass header work into the 11s. I have been reading alot of these sigs and see people with alot of mods not running as fast a some people with less mods. I will not ever want to run faster than 11s because this car is my daily driver and i dont want to spend the thousands of dollars just to go a second quicker i have tooo many other toys to put money into. Please read my specs and let me know if i need to upgrade or down grade or add anything. Thank you.

some kind of 93 oct chip
good tires
box lower arms
and anything else you guys think i need without overkill
