2002 Up T-Birds

Well guys, my Dad is thinking of pulling the trigger on a super clean 02 T-Bird in Torch Red. Car has 13000 mile and is as new. Anyone here own one or have any good or bad stories on them?

local radio hero ( Drew Lane of Drew & Mike on 101.1 the WRIF ) has or had a bird. only problem he found and the dealer had no idea either was when and if the battery dies you CANNOT get to the battery! its in the trunk and there is no key hole for the trunk it opens electrically!, i guess they had to pull most of the interior apart to get it taken care of

The T-bird is based on the same car as a Lincoln LS. And you can get to the trunk by flipping the drivers seat back forward and tou will see a lock cyl. for the ign. key. Bob.
