2004R Direct clutch backing plate needed

Are these still available from GM? I believe the P/N is (4.50mm)) GM #8632570. If not where else can I get one?

I also need the thick beveled snap ring for center support to case.

Are you referring to the Direct Pressure Plate, if so I stock them. I also have he snap ring you need

No not the pressure plate but the backing plate (it measures .177" thick and it is slightly beveled). I believe I found one from a vendor. Thanks

Ok, that is the part I am referring to. Maybe it is just terminology but the ASTG manual calls it a backing plate fig. 7A6-122. So they are one on the same?

I will confirm they are the same part, if you were to order, you would look under the clutch pressure plate section of the parts catalog.
