My recent trip to Novi, Mi put me in touch with some guys that had some track time with it. They were more than impressed and that's saying something, considering they run 1200HP+ drag cars.

With DR's and a competent driver, this should be a LOW 10 second 1/4 miler.
(BTW, the Z06 has gone 10.8's with DR's and a GOOD driver in excellent MIR weather!)

Now, if we only had a 100 G's and a dealer WILLING to sell it at MSRP! ;)

One of the test engineers brought one out to the Scottsdale Pavillions two weekends ago. That was one awesome ride. No racetrack driving, just a Sat. car show, but still cool to see it in person, six months or so before it goes on sale.

That is insane.

I can hear the quiet sobbing of porsche/ferrari, and assorted other euro fags everywhere.

"But but ze interior! its so cheap!" as they explain in panicked voices betraying their utter shock and awe. They'll wear out the old cliche's about American cars as a last ditch defense mechanism. Too bad its game over for em.

We saw 3 of these bad boys at the end of the assembly line at the Corvette assembly plant Thursday while up here at the GS Nats. That car is bad azz, the wider than Z06 rear tires were a dead giveaway and the front fender vents are split and buldge out a little compared to the single non-buldging vents on the Z06. Saw a blue, yellow, and a black one.
We asked the tour guide about the ZR1 at the beginning of the tour and he said he could not discuss anything about them and couldn't even say if they were building any. When we got to the end I grabbed him and said there's a ZR1 right? And he just replied "yep"
