200r4 shift point tuning

Hey I'm trying to adjust the shift rpm on my 200r4. Is it like a th350 where you change weights for different centrifugal forces? The reason i need to do this is cause when I punch the car from 4th at like 45mph it sends the motor revving way past 5 grand. I want it so that when i kick down it will go to the gear that is useful instead of me having to let off a bit till it shifts up one.

I'm assuming that is just what i need to do. Anyone got a link to a how-to on changing the spring etc?

Sounds like more of a TV/ThrottleValve cable adjustment problem.
Have you tried to adjust it a click or 2 either way?
