23 degrees and a little nos!

Suggestions on 15 psi baseline boost, with 23 degree street/strip JC chip, with a 35 shot at the track! O2's are in 800-820 range at top of third with 3 gal of 90 oct pump gas and 5 gal of unleaded 101 oct. This is without the nitrous! (wet system) Is the 35 shot safe? Timing ok? Assuming no knock! Thanks!
