How difficult is it to do this swap & what is needed (besides engine, trans, rear end)? Thanks,

Be sure to get the computer, and the engine wiring harness and computer wiring harness. Not sure if there are other sensors that would be required, maybe someone here knows?
Sounds like a pretty cool swap, though!
