255/60 or 275/60?

Ok, guys, I am putting my GN back on the road soon, and I will need new rubber. The million dollar question is this. With a stock rear wheel well complete with fender moldings, 15x8 Weld Prostars with 4 inch back space, new Moog Cargos in the rear, which tire would be best? I am looking at both 255/60 and 275/60 sizes. I could use the extra tire height of the 275, but am concerned about clearance. I expect this thing to trap in the 115mph range, so which tire would you use? Thanks, Counterman.

With 4" BS both tires should work. The 275/60 will look bigger and be a little easier to hook on a slippery track.

Where did you get 4" BS?

Oops! The wheels are 3.5 backspace for this car. I have a set of 4 inchers for my GS. I got them from Summit. Part number is something like 96-59276 I believe for the 3.5 spacing. Counterman.
