28x12.5x15 ET streets

I saw these on 8"weld draglites 3.5 B.S. will that work? I measured my car both sides, and 3.5 B.S. will give me tons of room in back. I'm not afriad to roll my fenders if I have to to get those monsters to fit, I don't want the tires to be hanging out the fenders either. Thanks alot!

I have 28x10.5W slicks and I have .75" clearance on the backside with a 3.5BS. Outside, the tread section comes all the way to the fender lip. So considering that my tread section is actually 11" overall and sectional width is 13-ish, 12.5 would eat up that clearance and probably hang out on the outside. I think you're pushing the limit by considering them for street use. Mine don't rub in a straight line, but I do have a rub mark on both sides from my 275/60 street radials probably due to suspension flex in cornering.

Guy in town has a set of 12.50 MT Sportsmans on a set of ARE rims, they look absolutely WICKED.

12.5 ET streets should work with a fender roll and 2 airbags. They are only about the same size a 10.5 (not W) ET Drags (have a wider sidewall but the tread is 10.0)

they'll work fine on 8.5" Draglites, 3.5 BS....several cars in town running them

Funny this post pops up now, I just got done putting on a set of 28x12.5 15 et streets I am using 4.5bs wheels and 1/4 inch spacers and they fit killer. My car is a bit low so any tire I use must fit within the frame and fenders. This combo works great for me.

Aren't 12.5 ET streets the same size as 10.5 ET streets, since the streets are measured as sectional width and ET's are measured at the tread? Somebody please correct me if I am wrong.

Your correct!!!!!!! 28X12.5 ET STREETS 9.9 TREAD 12.5 SEC WITH 28x10.5 et/drag 10 in tread 11.7 sec with. But the et sttreets have a little stiffer side wall.

WOW! They fit pissa. Rolled my fenders just to be safe, just a little. Two air bags & they don't even come close. They are inside the fender too! I put M/T sportsmans on the front, doesn't ride very good till they warm up. LIFE IS GOOD!
