3.8 Non turbo 2 Turbo power

I recently aquired an 81 El Camino with a 3.8 V-6. I'm curious as to how feasible it would be to drop a turbo power plant in place of the current motor and what all the swap would involve. Also in case that turns out to be a bust, I see people posting questions on hopping up the non turbo 3.8's in buicks and olds......? would these same mods work with my "Slo-Mino"? If so What part are available from whom and what part numbers interchange? Thanks a bunch! Jim
