3.8/Stage II Honing Plate

I am looking for a 3.8 honing plate. I have found a what appears to be a Buick V-6 Stage II honing plate. This means it will be set up for a 4.020 bore and has 14 bolts. What I need to know is will it work on an eight bolt 3.8. Are the 8 bolts and the bore spacing's the same?

It will work. The basic bolt pattern is the same between 8 bolt and 14 bolt heads.
