3.8 turbo crank vs 4.1 crank

I'm sure this question has been answered many times over I'm sure, but please humor me with the answer once again...

The difference between the 1986-87 3.8 liter Turbo crank and the 4.1 liter (casting number 25506484) crank?

From what I've read, they are exactly the same.

Is this correct?
