3 in Down Pipe Sound

I installed a 3in ZZP pipe with a high flow cat.
The sound is now loud.
Is this proper for this set-up or did I mess a gasket up?

You answered your own question?? lol. Though, I yanked the cat off of my 87 thunderbird 3.8, and my bmw 1.8 litre, and they were both MARKEDLY louder...
I'm doing the 3" dp and u bend delete (with stock cat) here in about a week, and I hope my car doesn't get louder...
