3 inch dp and hooker catback

at what point does a 2.5 inch hooker catback and 3 inch DP become a hindrance to performance? what ET range? are they good to 10s?

the THDP is not a restriction till your making ALOT OF POWER, plenty of them in the 9s untill about a year ago you could not get bigger unless you made one your self or had one made for you.

the hooker catback as gone fast too, but who cares, just run a Dump pipe!
