Do the 18's fit the GN?

They do but they need a spacer or adapter for the front,and a 1/4" spacer for the rear.

What is the profile of the tire, 50/60's. 225 seems like to small of a tire width wise for a 8.5 wheel. The bolt pattern is correct, right?

225x45x18 They are 5x120 which fit fine.
