3" THDP and Cat Install

Guys (and Gals),

Need info on installing 3" THDP and Cat. Is it easy or will I need to spend a full day on this project?? I am willing to cut off the old system if needed. I have the Hooker set up after the stock cat. Also, should I use a heat shield on the new 3" DP ??

It really depends on how it fits in there. I would use the heat shield it's a good idea and helps save the bushing.

Gotta fit it and see if it hits the control arm, heat shield, or the body seam under the car.

If it fits well with all the bolts loose it will be simple, if it hits have fun getting the 5 heat shield screws out and working the band saw or die grinder.

Most don't have many fitment problems however.
