I have 8 new J&E forged flat top pistons with pins and locks that are about 10 years old here are the specs that J&E gave me they are for a 4.020 bore 1.200 compression height and they have a dike .017 top ring .016 second ring and a 3/16 oil ring these were for a naturally asperated engine and would be a lot of compression best offer on these

What size wrist pins (will they fit a SBC)?
Be nice if you could supply all the info or a link.

No idea, but being that the assembly was bought balanced with a billet crank and big block chevy OLIVER rods I would say very strong. I might be using these as I was told that they might be in the hole .100 and that would give me about 9 to 1 compression I am going to assembly the short block and measure for sure...

IMO be sure YOU cc your heads and do not listen to all that "they should be"stuff. I'm just saying KNOW your comp. for certain.
