4-bolt flange w/ oval hole

Anyone know where I can get a 4-bolt (SS preferred) flange with the oval hole and a small section of pipe with the oval transition to 3" round tube? This is like the one side of a test pipe to connect up to the exhaust Y-pipe. I already have a SS test pipe with this configuration that I could hack off, but I don't want to wreck a perfectly good pipe. Of course, if buying this section I want new will cost more than a full test pipe, then of course I'll just hack the pipe I have now or get another pipe and hack it.

Looking to do some custom work for my exhaust and I need this piece.

New or used doesn't matter.

Thanks, but I prefer one with a 3" pipe.

You can use the flange to make your pipe. Both 3" & 2 1/2" pipes use the same flange

I can get just the flange. It's the flaring of the 3" pipe into the oval and welding it the flange that's the expensive and hard to find part of it.
