I have an OTC 4000E Pathfinder II scanner and user's manual, but can't locate a "Reference Manual", that is repeatedly referred to in the User's. (I've tried E-Bay for a good while). Does anyone have a copy and would you be willing to scan the chapter titled "Internal Anticipator" and e-mail it to me? I'm having trouble trying to record readings while driving.
