Selling a 484 4.1 block that is 30 over. It was missing 1 piston when I bought it so that bore has moderate surface rust on that bore the whole way down the cylinder. Other 5 cylinders have light surface rust on the top half or so due to sitting with no heads for 5 years or so. The deck surfaces also have surface rust on them. If you want a block that you can just slam your parts in with no machine work this isn't for you. Should clean up to .035 if you want to build a SBC bore block. None of the bearings were spun and the bearings looked good so it shouldn't need an align bore on the mains. I looked and didn't see any cracking in the head bolt to water jacket areas.
Looking for $75 but open to offers/trades. Located in Waterloo IA but willing to meet in in eastern/central IA or anywhere up to Minneapolis or Fargo area. I am not going to ship it.
Also will trade for anything decent for a 11/12 second build. Chips, injectors, stuff like that.
