700 filter with stock 200 pan?

Is there any way to use the bottom feeding 700 filter with a stock steel 200 pan? I heard about a spacer or something. Does this part enable this combo? If so, where do I get one?

dont do it .just use a stock pan ,and if your car does wheelstands bolt a piece of sheetmetal to the parking pawl bracket to keep the oil from goin into the geartrain an getting aerated.on two wheels past the 60 foot mark your still ok with this mod if done good .www.ckperformance.com
